 Payments

Main Street Stop accepts payments in the following types: cash, check, card, Venmo, PayPal and FSA/HSA before or at the time of appointment. If you have any questions regarding your payment type, please do not hesitate to reach out prior to your appointment or before scheduling. We would be happy to assist you in any way.

Returned Checks: There will be a $25 charge for all returned check on top of the original service price that was provided. You are responsible for other overdraft fees or other monetary issues from your bank provider.

Cancelation Policy

Main Street Stop is a family run operation, so we know that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Main Street Stop desires to be effective and fair to ALL clients, so the following policies are honored and followed:

  • 12 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED when canceling any appointment or scheduled service. This allows for another individual/individuals to schedule an appointment or service.

  • If you are unable to give a 12 hour + advance notice, you will be subject to a charge of 1/2 of your scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

  • If you frequently cancel last minute/day of, not giving us enough time to fill your allotted slot, you will be required to pay in full prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full price for their missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you have more than one “no-show” appointment, you will be required to pay in full prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments that follow yours. Depending on your arrival time, provider will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session that you were scheduled for. Out of respect and consideration to your provider and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time to your scheduled appointment.
